Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

  • MAXX MODEL chamber (CNC hop-up chamber optimized for HPA with excellent bucking support and precision adjustment).

This kit ensures perfect centering of the Pulsar-S nozzle with the MAXX MODEL chamber in SCAR gearboxes, eliminating lateral variations and improving feeding consistency in high-pressure HPA configurations. Fully compatible with ICS lowers and SCAR-L platforms.

What the kit includes

  • Rear clip adapted for SCAR-L mounting (rear body pin or fixed stock).
  • Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass for durability).

  • Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

  • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
  • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a precise fit.
  • Apply dry lubricant or wax on moving areas to facilitate maintenance.

2. Installation in the SCAR-L replica

  • Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver and install the M3 threaded inserts.
  • Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin system.
  • Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything perfectly centered.
  • Route the Pulsar-S HPA line through the side clip designed for SCAR geometry.

3. Final fixation

  • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
  • Verify that the Pulsar-S nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber centered, without lateral play.
  • Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the HPA pressure according to BB weight (90–120 PSI recommended).

  • 4× M3 × 8 SHCS screws

Lower receiver recommendations
