These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website, as well as the contracting of products (mainly 3D models and other digital content) offered by Sychev-Lab to consumers and users.

Acceptance of Terms

Accessing, browsing and using the website, as well as purchasing any product, implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If the user does not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, they must refrain from using the site or making purchases on it.

Purpose of the Service

The essential characteristics of each product, including file format, technical requirements, price and license terms, are shown in the corresponding product sheet before completing the purchase.

  • Sale of 3D models in downloadable digital format.
  • Where applicable, other related digital or physical products.

User Registration

To purchase certain products or access specific features, it may be necessary to register and create a user account through Firebase Authentication.

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
  • Notify Sychev-Lab of any unauthorized use of their account or detected security breach.

Purchase Process

The user must verify the information entered before confirming the order. Sychev-Lab is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data provided by the user.

  1. Product selection and addition to cart.
  2. Review of order summary, with product details, price, taxes and total.
  3. Completion of billing details and, where applicable, shipping information.
  4. Selection of payment method and redirection to the gateway (e.g., Stripe).
  5. Order confirmation and receipt of a confirmation email.
  6. For digital products, enabling download or access to content once payment is confirmed.

Prices, Taxes and Payment Methods

Sychev-Lab reserves the right to modify prices and offers at any time. Modifications will not affect already confirmed orders.

  • Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the site and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes (e.g., VAT) will be calculated according to current regulations based on product type and customer location.
  • Payment is made through available gateways or methods (such as Stripe), and the user is also subject to the terms of such payment providers.

Product Delivery

7.1 Digital Products (3D Models)

Sychev-Lab will endeavor to maintain download availability for a reasonable period. However, users are advised to download and backup files once purchased.

  • Direct download from the user's account or download link, once payment has been confirmed.
  • Where applicable, access to a private section where purchased files are stored.

7.2 Physical Products (if offered)

In the event physical products are offered, shipping terms, delivery times and costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 Digital Content

Therefore, returns or refunds of digital content already downloaded or accessed will not be accepted, unless legislation requires it in specific cases (e.g., defective product that cannot be used as described).

  • They may lose their right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer and user regulations, provided they have been previously informed thereof during the purchase process.

8.2 Other Cases

For other products or cases, specific withdrawal and return terms indicated by Sychev-Lab on the site or expressly agreed with the user through the support service will apply.

Intellectual Property and 3D Model License

9.1 Ownership

All 3D models, digital files, designs, texts, images and other content available through Sychev-Lab are owned by Sychev-Lab or their respective authors, and are protected by intellectual property regulations and other applicable laws.

Purchasing a product does not under any circumstances imply transfer of intellectual property rights, but rather the grant of a license of use under the terms indicated below and, where applicable, in each model's sheet.

9.2 Personal Use License (Default)

  • Download the purchased 3D model file.
  • Make prints or physical copies of the model for private, non-commercial use.
  • Use the model in personal non-profit projects.
  • Resell, redistribute, share, give away or publish the model's digital files, whether free of charge or for payment.
  • Upload the model (or minimal variations that allow reconstructing it) to other marketplaces, websites, repositories or sharing platforms.
  • Use the model to produce physical items intended for sale or any commercial exploitation, unless permitted in the model sheet.

9.3 Conditional Commercial Use License

  • Maximum number of physical copies that may be commercialized.
  • Sectors or types of use permitted.
  • Obligation of attribution or mention of the author/Sychev-Lab.
  • Other limitations that may be established case by case.

9.4 Prevalence of Model Sheet

License terms (personal or commercial use) are specified in each model's detail. In case of discrepancy between these Terms and what is indicated in the product sheet, the specific terms of the model sheet shall prevail.

It is the user's responsibility to review the license terms published in the model sheet before using, printing or commercializing products based on it.

9.5 License Breach

Acceptable Use of the Site

Sychev-Lab reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel site access for users who fail to comply with these obligations.

  • Carrying out unlawful, fraudulent activities or contrary to good faith.
  • Introducing or disseminating computer viruses or any other system likely to cause damage to Sychev-Lab's or third parties' systems.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the site without authorization.
  • Violating third parties' rights, including intellectual and industrial property rights.

Liability

The user is responsible for ensuring they have adequate technical means to access the site and properly use 3D models (e.g., compatible software, 3D printer, etc.).

  • Does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted site availability, although it will take reasonable measures to ensure proper functioning and minimize interruptions.
  • Will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from site use or products, without prejudice to consumers' non-waivable rights under applicable regulations.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The site may contain links to third-party websites or content. These sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sychev-Lab is not responsible for their content or the practices of said third parties.

Personal Data Protection

The processing of users' personal data in the context of site use and product purchase is governed by Sychev-Lab's Privacy Policy, available on the site itself.

Users are advised to read said policy carefully to learn in detail how their data is collected, used and protected.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Sychev-Lab may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for example, to adapt them to legislative changes or services offered.

The current version will always be available at lab.sychev.xyz, indicating the date of last update. Continued use of the site after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a conflict, and without prejudice to consumers' rights recognized by regulations, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
