Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

  • Payment and billing management: process payments through Stripe, issue invoices and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

  • Service improvement and security: analyze site usage, improve user experience, prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
  • Service-related communications: sending informational emails about service changes, security notices or account updates.

Third-Party Services (Firebase, Stripe and Google Analytics)

These providers may process data within and, in some cases, outside the European Economic Area, applying appropriate safeguards under data protection regulations (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

  • Firebase (Google): used for authentication and user account management, as well as other backend functions. This involves processing identification and technical data associated with platform use.
  • Stripe: provides payment gateway services. Card data is communicated directly to Stripe, which acts as processor or controller according to its own privacy policy. Sychev-Lab does not store complete card data.
  • Google Analytics or other analytics tools: collect information about website usage through cookies, for statistical purposes and service improvement.

Retention Periods

Once the aforementioned periods have elapsed, data may be blocked solely for the purpose of addressing potential legal liabilities during applicable limitation periods.

Purchasing a 3D model does not imply transfer of intellectual property rights, but rather a license of use governed by Sychev-Lab's Terms and Conditions and each model's sheet.

Each model's detail will indicate whether the license is for personal use only or whether commercial use is permitted under certain conditions. Users should always review such terms before using the model.

Sychev-Lab applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or destruction, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks associated with processing.

Sychev-Lab may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments, supervisory authority criteria or changes in service operation.
