This kit ensures perfect alignment between the F1 nozzle and the MAXX Model chamber, eliminating double-feeding issues and ensuring maximum consistency in high-performance HPA configurations. Compatible with ICS split systems and standard V2 gearboxes.

What the kit includes

Installation and adjustment

Printing and preparation
- Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
- Lightly sand internal areas for a clean fit.
- Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces if desired.

Installation in the replica
- Insert the base into the lower and install the M3 inserts.
- Place the rear clip aligned with the rear pin or the stock mounting point.
- Install the MAXX Model chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly in place.
- Route the F1 HPA line through the side clip to prevent bends.

Final fixation
- Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
- Verify that the PolarStar F1 nozzle enters centered into the MAXX Model chamber.
- Perform dry feeding tests before assembling the final lower receiver.
