Renewed v2.1 version of the hop-up alignment system for M4 / AR15 AEG HPA platforms with V2 gearbox, designed to combine the GATE PULSAR D1 engine with the GATE EON chamber. This revision improves assembly fixation by securing the kit from the sides, providing greater stability, better centering, and a firmer installation.

Installation and Adjustment

  1. Printing and Preparation

    • Print the parts with a layer height of 0.10 mm or 0.15 mm.
    • Use approximately 55% to 90% infill, depending on the desired rigidity.
    • Lightly sand the contact surfaces to achieve a precise fit.

  2. Assembly

    • Install the base into the corresponding lower receiver.
    • Place the GATE PULSAR D1 engine and position the GATE EON chamber in place.
    • Secure the kit using the new side fastening system, designed to improve overall assembly stability.
    • Secure the HPA line to prevent tension, tight bends, or movement during use.

  3. Final Verification

    • Check the centering between the nozzle and the hop-up chamber.
    • Verify feeding, air seal, and absence of friction.
    • Adjust the hop-up and perform test shots to confirm consistency and trajectory.

  • Screws according to the mounting configuration.
  • M3 inserts if required by the kit version.
  • Washers or spacers depending on the replica tolerances.

Lower Receiver Recommendations

A metal ICS lower receiver is recommended when maximum assembly rigidity is required.

It can also be used with universal lower versions or configurations adapted for an MTW-style grip, especially in models identified as “universal”.
