Renewed v2.1 version of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 / AR-15 AEG HPA replicas and V2 gearbox configurations, compatible with Wolverine Inferno Gen 2 and Wolverine Reaper Gen 2 engines, combined with the GATE EON chamber.
This kit ensures precise centering between the HPA engine nozzle and the hop-up chamber, improving air seal, feeding consistency, and the overall accuracy of the assembly.
The renewed v2.1 version incorporates a side fastening system, providing a more stable installation and better tolerance control.

What the Kit Includes
- Main base of the alignment system.
- Renewed side fastening system to improve stability and centering.

Installation and Adjustment

Printing and Preparation
- Print the parts with a layer height of 0.10 mm or 0.15 mm.
- An infill between 55% and 90% is recommended, depending on the desired rigidity.
- Lightly sand the contact areas to achieve a clean fit with no play.

Installation in the Replica
- Insert the base into the corresponding lower receiver.
- Install the M3 inserts in their housings.
- Place the side fastening system and check that the assembly is centered in relation to the gearbox and chamber.
- Install the GATE EON chamber together with the inner barrel.
- Install the Wolverine Inferno Gen 2 or Reaper Gen 2 engine and check nozzle alignment.

Final Fixing and Testing
- Tighten the screws progressively to maintain centering.
- Check that feeding is consistent and that there is no abnormal friction between the nozzle and chamber.
- Perform test shots and adjust the hop-up until the desired trajectory is achieved.

Lower Receiver Recommendations
Using a metal ICS lower receiver is recommended to achieve the highest rigidity and durability for the assembly.
Compatible setups are also available for universal configurations and MTW-style grip options, intended for custom builds based on the V2 platform.
