Installation and Setup

  1. Print all parts using the recommended settings.
  2. Position the base inside the AEG V2 lower receiver.
  3. Install the Wolverine engine and verify nozzle alignment.
  4. Install the Alpha 2026 Silent Industries hop-up chamber with the inner barrel.
  5. Fit the top locking cap to secure the assembly.
  6. Route the HPA airline through the side guide.
  7. Test fire and fine-tune the hop-up until the desired BB trajectory is achieved.

  • Threaded inserts or mounting fixtures depending on the lower receiver version.

Lower Receiver Recommendation

A rigid, well-fitted lower receiver is recommended to maximize assembly stability, especially in HPA configurations.

If preferred, the kit can also be adapted to a universal printed lower depending on the project setup.

3D Printing Settings

  • Layer height: 0.10 mm – 0.15 mm.
  • Recommended infill: 55% – 90%.
  • Recommended material: PLA+ or an engineering-grade material depending on the intended use.
  • Light sanding of contact surfaces is recommended for optimal fit.
