Blackdraft Phoenix 2026 + PROWIN · Alignment Kit V2.1 · M4 / AR15 AEG
Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 / AR15 AEG replicas with a V2 gearbox.
This kit combines the Blackdraft Phoenix 2026 HPA engine with the PROWIN hop-up chamber to maintain stable alignment between the nozzle, bucking, and inner barrel. The result is more consistent feeding, improved air efficiency, and a reduced risk of misalignment during use.
The PROWIN M4 / AR15 hop-up chamber features a rigid, machined body that helps keep the hop-up assembly stable. The Blackdraft Phoenix V2 is a compact HPA engine with an FCU and trigger board for the M4 platform, designed for high-performance builds. [103][116]

What's Included
- Rear clip for mounting using the rear pin or fixed stock attachment.
- Alignment base with mounting points for M3 inserts.
- Side clip for routing and organizing the HPA line.
- Upper front locking cap to keep the PROWIN chamber in position.
- Rear plate with a mounting point for an M5 screw.
- Support pieces to keep the engine, hop-up chamber, and inner barrel assembly centered.
Installation and Adjustment
-
Printing and Preparation
- Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
- PLA+ is recommended.
- Lightly sand internal and contact surfaces until a clean fit is achieved.
- Apply dry lubricant or wax to sliding surfaces if necessary.
-
Assembly
- Install the M3 inserts into the base.
- Install the Blackdraft Phoenix 2026 engine in the V2 gearbox.
- Fit the PROWIN hop-up chamber alongside the inner barrel.
- Install the rear clip using the replica's rear pin or stock mounting point.
- Fit the upper cap to lock the chamber in place and limit vertical or lateral movement.
- Route the HPA line through the side clip to prevent unnecessary friction, tension, or bending.
-
Final Securing and Checks
- Secure the assembly using an M5 screw and washer on the rear plate.
- Check that the nozzle enters the PROWIN chamber centrally without rubbing against its inner walls.
- Perform dry feeding tests before using BBs.
- Adjust the hop-up and FCU settings according to your setup, BB weight, and the field's power limits.
Important: Proper alignment does not replace the adjustment of the bucking, nozzle, inner barrel, magazines, or FCU parameters. Always verify that the entire system functions correctly before playing.
