Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 AEG HPA platforms with a V2 gearbox.
This kit is designed to combine the BlackDraft Phoenix 2026 engine with the PolarStar HopUp chamber. Its purpose is to maintain stable positioning between the nozzle and the chamber, reducing lateral play and helping achieve more consistent feeding.
The BlackDraft Phoenix is an HPA engine for V2 gearboxes featuring a modular FCU, trigger board, and adjustable configuration. The PolarStar HopUp chamber is designed for M4/M16 AEG and HPA platforms with standard V2 gearboxes, making this combination suitable for compact, stable, and easy-to-maintain M4 builds. [103][127]

Installation and Adjustment
-
Preparing the Parts
Print the parts with 65%–80% infill. Lightly sand the internal and contact surfaces until a clean fit is achieved. If necessary, apply dry lubricant or wax to the mounting surfaces.
-
Installing the Engine and Hop-up
Install the BlackDraft Phoenix in the V2 gearbox, following the correct positioning of its trigger board and HPA line. Install the PolarStar HopUp chamber with the inner barrel and check that the nozzle enters the chamber straight.
-
Securing the Kit
Install the base and rear clip. Fit the upper cap to lock the chamber in position. Route the HPA line through the side clip and secure the rear plate with an M5 screw and washer to increase the assembly's rigidity.
-
Final Checks
Before closing the replica, move the chamber manually and check that there is no lateral pressure on the nozzle. Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the hop-up according to the BB weight being used.
