HPA conversion kit based on the Redline Milsim N7 Gen1 engine combined with a PROWIN hop-up chamber, designed for V2.1 AEG platforms such as M4 / AR-15. Mechanical and pneumatic solution with no batteries or electronic FCU required.

Compatibility

  • Base platform: standard V2.1 AEG platform, M4 / AR-15 type.
  • Gearbox: standard V2 and V2.1.
  • Engine: Redline Milsim N7 Gen1 mechanical-pneumatic version.
  • Hop-up chamber: PROWIN CNC for M4 / AR-15.
  • Compatible replicas: M4 / AR-15 replicas with standard V2.1 gearbox.
  • Compatible with standard HPA line routing and pressure regulators compatible with the N7.

Redline Milsim N7 Gen1 Engine Features

  • Mechanical-pneumatic design, with no batteries or electronics.
  • Nozzle forward biased system and closed bolt operation.
  • Very good FPS consistency thanks to the fixed air chamber.
  • Great environmental resistance: functional in extreme conditions without relying on electronics.
  • Typical working pressure range: 40–120 PSI. Check the manual for exact limits.

PROWIN Chamber Features

  • Made from aerospace-grade CNC-machined aluminum.
  • Improved air seal compared to plastic or cast metal chambers.
  • Rotary hop-up adjustment with a stable adjustment ring.
  • Includes pressure arm, adjustment ring, barrel lock, and cam pin.
  • Designed to improve consistency and reduce air leaks in demanding builds.

What the Kit Includes

  • Complete Redline Milsim N7 Gen1 engine.
  • PROWIN CNC hop-up chamber for M4 / AR-15.
  • Typical mounting components for the N7 system, depending on the manufacturer.
  • Basic installation and pressure adjustment instructions.

Installation and Adjustment

  1. Replica Preparation

    • Open the upper receiver and access the V2.1 gearbox.
    • Remove the original cylinder, piston, and air system.
  2. N7 Gen1 Installation

    • Insert the N7 engine into the cylinder position, making sure it fits correctly.
    • Ensure that the nozzle is properly aligned with the chamber and nozzle port.
  3. PROWIN Chamber Installation

    • Replace the original chamber with the PROWIN CNC chamber.
    • Install the adjustment ring, pressure arm, and barrel lock.
    • Check that the hop-up adjustment does not move during shooting.
  4. HPA Connection and Testing

    • Connect the HPA line to the N7 port and adjust the pressure within the recommended range.
    • Perform test shots in semi-auto and adjust until consistent performance is achieved.
    • Check that the hop-up does not cause excessive deviation or marks on the BBs.

Required Components Not Included

  • HPA pressure regulator compatible with the N7.
  • HPA line with remote line, according to your configuration.
  • HPA tank with suitable capacity.
  • Additional seals, O-rings, and washers if required by the kit manufacturer.

Pressure Selection Recommendations

  • Typical working pressure: 40–120 PSI.
  • For maximum consistency, operate within the mid range: 60–100 PSI.
  • Avoid excessive pressure that may compromise system durability.

3D Printing Recommendations If Adapters Are Used

  • Recommended layer height: 0.10 mm or 0.15 mm.
  • Recommended infill: 55% to 90%.
  • Recommended material: PLA+ or a stronger polymer depending on use.
  • If printed adapters or lowers are used, ensure good rigidity in the anchoring areas.

Compatibility Note

The N7 Gen1 is designed to be installed in standard V2 and V2.1 gearboxes, replacing the original cylinder.
The PROWIN chamber is designed for M4 / AR-15 replicas based on the Tokyo Marui standard, compatible with V2.1.
