Version 2.5 of the hop-up alignment system, specifically designed for SR25 DMR HPA replicas using a long V2.5 gearbox and equipped with:

  • Wolverine Inferno2 or Reaper2 engines (compact high-performance HPA engines suitable for DMR builds).
  • BEGADI Neptune PRO chamber (premium hop-up chamber with precise adjustment and excellent support for heavy BB weights in DMR setups).

This kit ensures perfect alignment between the Wolverine nozzle and the Neptune PRO chamber in long V2.5 gearboxes, eliminating offset issues commonly found in long-travel DMR builds. Compatible with ICS lowers and split gearbox systems.

What the kit includes

  • Reinforced rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock in DMR setups.
  • Extended base with housing for M3 inserts (brass recommended for rigidity).
  • Dual side clips for stable routing of the HPA line in long configurations.
  • Front locking top cap specifically designed for the Neptune PRO chamber.
  • Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (critical reinforcement for DMR builds).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

  • Print the parts with 70–90% infill (extra rigidity recommended for DMR builds).
  • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces to ensure a precise fit in the long gearbox.
  • Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to facilitate fine adjustment.

2. Installation in the replica

  • Insert the extended base into the ICS lower and install the M3 inserts.
  • Mount the rear clip aligned with the rear pin of the long V2.5 gearbox.
  • Install the BEGADI Neptune PRO chamber with the long inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while maintaining alignment along the extended travel.
  • Use the dual side clips to guide the Inferno2/Reaper2 HPA line without friction.

3. Final fixation

  • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with a large washer for maximum rigidity in DMR builds.
  • Verify that the Wolverine nozzle enters the Neptune PRO chamber centered throughout the firing cycle.
  • Configure the Wolverine pressure for heavier BB weights (0.28 g+ recommended) and test long-range precision.

Required components (not included)

  • 4× M3 × 4.2 mm threaded inserts (brass recommended for DMR builds)
  • 4× M3 × 8 SHCS screws
  • 1× M5 × 16 mm screw + washer for the rear plate

Lower receiver recommendations

Compatible with metal ICS lowers (recommended for high-precision DMR builds).

3D printing parameters

  • Approximate print time: ~2 h (due to extended components)
  • Recommended material: PLA+ or PETG

  • Infill: 70–90% for maximum rigidity
