Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 AEG HPA replicas using:

• Wolverine Inferno 2 or Reaper 2 engines (compact HPA engines with excellent airflow and modular configuration).
• RETROARMS chamber (high-precision hop-up chamber with a design optimized for pneumatic systems).

This kit ensures perfect centering between the Wolverine nozzle and the RETROARMS chamber, eliminating alignment issues that affect feeding consistency and pressure efficiency. Fully compatible with ICS split systems and V2 gearboxes.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass for increased durability).
• Side clip specifically designed for routing the Wolverine HPA tube/line.
• Front locking top cap optimized for the RETROARMS chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

   • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
   • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a precise fit without play.
   • Apply dry lubricant or wax on moving surfaces to facilitate maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

   • Insert the base into the lower and install the M3 inserts.
   • Install the rear clip aligned with the rear pin or stock mounting point.
   • Install the RETROARMS chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping the barrel perfectly centered.
   • Route the Inferno 2 / Reaper 2 HPA line through the side clip for clean cable routing.

3. Final fixation

   • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity.
   • Verify that the Wolverine nozzle enters centered into the RETROARMS chamber without lateral play.
   • Perform feeding tests and adjust the Wolverine engine pressure (recommended 80–120 PSI).

• 4× M3 × 8 SHCS screws

Lower receiver recommendations

It is recommended to use the ICS metal lower receiver for maximum rigidity in high-performance setups.
If you prefer to print the lower part, the following Gearbox V2 Lower “Universal Lower Part” models are fully compatible:
