Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

• Wolverine Inferno 2 or Reaper 2 engines (compact HPA engines with high pneumatic efficiency).
• MAXX MODEL chamber (high-precision hop-up chamber optimized for HPA with excellent bucking control).

This system ensures solid alignment between the Wolverine engine nozzle and the MAXX MODEL chamber, improving feeding consistency and maximizing pressure efficiency in high-performance SCAR-L builds. Compatible with ICS lowers and split gearbox platforms.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts).
• Side clip for routing the HPA tube/line.
• Front locking top cap specifically designed for the MAXX MODEL chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a clean fit.
• Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding areas to facilitate maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver and install the M3 threaded inserts.
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin.
• Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps everything centered.
• Route the Wolverine Inferno 2 / Reaper 2 HPA line through the side clip.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the Wolverine nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber perfectly centered.
• Perform dry feeding tests and adjust engine pressure (50–120 PSI recommended for SCAR-L builds).

Lower receiver recommendations

Compatible with the ICS metal lower receiver (recommended for maximum rigidity in SCAR-L builds).
