Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 AR15 AEG HPA or ICS replicas using:

• Wolverine Inferno 2 / Reaper 2 engine (high-performance HPA engines with advanced control systems and excellent trigger response).
• GATE EON chamber (compact hop-up unit optimized for HPA and electronic systems).

This kit ensures a solid and precise alignment between the Wolverine nozzle and the GATE EON chamber, maximizing feeding consistency and taking full advantage of pneumatic pressure for optimal performance. Compatible with ICS lower receivers and V2 split gearboxes.

What’s included in the kit

• Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass).
• Side clip for routing the HPA line/tube.
• Front locking top cap specific for GATE EON chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

   • Print parts with 65–80% infill.
   • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a clean fit.
   • Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to ease maintenance.

2. Assembly on the replica

   • Insert the base into the ICS lower (or compatible printable version) and install the M3 inserts.
   • Place the rear clip aligned with the rear pin of the ICS split system.
   • Install the GATE EON chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps everything centered.
   • Route the HPA line from the Wolverine Inferno 2 / Reaper 2 through the side clip.

3. Final fixation

   • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity in the V2 split gearbox.
   • Check that the Wolverine nozzle enters the EON chamber centered with no lateral play.
   • Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the Wolverine settings according to your BBs.

Compatible with original ICS lower (metal recommended).
