Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 AEG HPA replicas using:

• Wolverine Inferno 2 MTW engine (high-efficiency HPA engine with the MTW system, modular configuration, and extreme performance for competition builds).
• MAXX Model chamber (high-precision CNC hop-up chamber known for feeding consistency and compatibility with HPA systems).

This kit ensures solid and precise alignment between the Inferno 2 MTW nozzle and the MAXX Model chamber, maximizing feeding consistency and pressure efficiency in high-performance HPA setups. It is especially optimized for the compact MTW engine design and the geometry of the MAXX chamber.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass).
• Side clip for guiding the HPA tube/line.
• Front locking top cap for the hop-up chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

   • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
   • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a clean fit.
   • Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to facilitate maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

   • Insert the base into the lower and secure the M3 inserts.
   • Install the rear clip aligned with the rear pin or the stock mounting point.
   • Install the MAXX Model chamber and inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly in the correct position.
   • Route the Inferno 2 MTW HPA line through the side clip to prevent rubbing or bends.

3. Final fixation

   • Use an M5 screw with washer on the rear plate to maximize system rigidity.
   • Verify that the Wolverine Inferno 2 MTW nozzle enters centered into the MAXX chamber without lateral play. Perform dry feeding tests.

Lower receiver recommendations

It is recommended to use the ICS metal lower receiver for maximum rigidity.
If you prefer to print the lower part, the following Gearbox V2 Lower “Universal Lower Part” models are compatible:
