Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for M4 AEG / ICS split HPA replicas using:
- Sparklabs WOLF engine (electromagnetic HPA engine, highly efficient and compatible with standard V2 gearboxes, including ICS platforms and similar M4 builds).
- Silent Industries ALPHA chamber (CNC hop-up chamber for M4 AEG/HPA featuring TRUE-TDC system, lip tensioner, and fine load resistance adjustment).
This kit ensures a solid and precise alignment between the WOLF nozzle and the ALPHA chamber, improving feeding consistency and reducing BB positioning variations. The ALPHA chamber is especially recommended for HPA builds such as Wolverine, PolarStar, Gate Pulsar, and Sparklabs WOLF.

What’s included
- Rear clip for mounting via rear body pin or fixed stock.

Installation and setup

Printing and preparation
- Print parts with 65–80% infill.
- Lightly sand internal and contact areas for a smooth fit.
- Apply dry lubricant or wax to ease assembly and maintenance.

Assembly in the replica
- Insert the base into the lower and install the M3 inserts.
- Position the rear clip aligned with the rear body pin or fixed stock.
- Install the ALPHA chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps the barrel centered.
- Route the HPA line from the WOLF engine through the side clip to avoid sharp bends or friction.

Final fixation
- Secure the rear plate with an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity.
- Check that the Sparklabs WOLF nozzle enters the ALPHA chamber centered, without lateral play.
- Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the hop-up according to your BB weight.

Lower recommendations
For maximum rigidity, using a metal ICS lower is recommended.
If you prefer a printed lower, the following Gearbox V2 Universal Lower models are compatible with this kit:
