Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

• REDLINE N7 MILSIM G2 engine (compact modular HPA engine optimized for milsim builds with high efficiency and reliability).
• MAXX MODEL chamber (high-precision hop-up chamber with excellent bucking support and fine adjustment for HPA).

This kit ensures perfect centering of the N7 G2 nozzle with the MAXX MODEL chamber, eliminating feeding inconsistencies and maximizing pneumatic efficiency. Fully compatible with ICS lowers and split gearbox SCAR-L platforms.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts for durability).
• Side clip for routing the N7 G2 HPA line.
• Front locking top cap adapted for SCAR-L geometry and MAXX MODEL chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a precise fit.
• Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to facilitate assembly and maintenance.

2. Installation in the SCAR-L replica

• Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver (or compatible lower) and install the M3 threaded inserts.
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin.
• Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything perfectly centered.
• Route the REDLINE N7 G2 HPA line through the side clip to prevent friction or bends.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the N7 G2 nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber perfectly centered.
• Perform dry feeding tests and adjust engine pressure (80–120 PSI recommended for SCAR-L builds).
