Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

• REDLINE N7 Milsim G2 engine (compact milsim-series HPA engine optimized for SCAR platforms and high compatibility).
• BEGADI NEPTUNE PRO chamber (high-precision CNC hop-up chamber with micrometric adjustment and excellent bucking support for HPA).

This kit ensures precise alignment between the N7 G2 nozzle and the NEPTUNE PRO chamber, maintaining the specific geometry of the SCAR-L platform and preventing feeding issues in high-pressure HPA configurations. Compatible with ICS lowers and split gearbox systems.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts for increased durability).
• Side clip for routing the N7 G2 HPA line.
• Front locking top cap adapted for the NEPTUNE PRO chamber in SCAR-L geometry.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces to ensure a precise fit.
• Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding areas to simplify installation and maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver (or compatible lower) and install the M3 threaded inserts.
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L stock mounting system.
• Install the BEGADI NEPTUNE PRO chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while maintaining the correct SCAR geometry.
• Route the REDLINE N7 G2 HPA line through the side clip for clean cable management.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the N7 G2 nozzle enters the NEPTUNE PRO chamber perfectly centered, without lateral play.
• Adjust engine pressure (80–120 PSI recommended for SCAR-L builds) and test feeding consistency.

Lower receiver recommendations

This kit is fully compatible with the original ICS metal lower, which is recommended for SCAR-L HPA platforms due to its rigidity.
