Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, specifically designed for M4 AEG HPA replicas using:

• RedLine N7 G2 engine (second-generation compact and modular HPA engine, optimized for drop-in installation in V2 gearboxes).
• Silent Industries ALPHA M4/16 AEG/HPA chamber (CNC chamber with TRUE-TDC system and lip tension ring, ideal for high-performance HPA configurations).

This system ensures absolute centering between the N7 G2 nozzle and the ALPHA chamber, eliminating feeding variations and maximizing the efficiency of the pneumatic system. The geometry is adapted to the compact design of the RedLine N7 G2 and the CNC body of the ALPHA.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass, optimized for the compact profile of the N7 G2).
• Side clip for guiding the HPA tube/line.
• Front locking top cap specifically designed for the ALPHA chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

   • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
   • Perform light sanding on internal areas for a perfect fit with the N7 G2.
   • Apply dry lubricant or wax on contact surfaces if you plan frequent maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

   • Insert the base into the lower and secure the M3 inserts in the specific housings for the RedLine N7 G2.
   • Install the rear clip aligned with the rear pin or the stock anchor point.
   • Install the ALPHA chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps the barrel perfectly centered.
   • Route the N7 G2 HPA line through the side clip designed for its compact profile.

3. Final fixation

   • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity.
   • Verify that the RedLine N7 G2 nozzle enters centered into the ALPHA chamber without lateral play.
   • Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the ALPHA hop-up according to your BBs and bucking.

Lower receiver recommendations

It is recommended to use the ICS metal lower receiver for maximum rigidity, especially since ICS compatibility is confirmed with this kit.
If you prefer to print the lower part, the following Gearbox V2 Lower “Universal Lower Part” models are fully compatible:
