Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for ICS MPX/CXP HPA replicas using:
- PolarStar JACK engine (compact and powerful HPA engine, ideal for SMG platforms such as the MPX).
- ICS-MY09 chamber (original ICS hop-up chamber optimized for MPX/CXP platforms).
This kit ensures precise alignment between the JACK nozzle and the ICS-MY09 chamber, eliminating typical offset issues found in compact HPA configurations and ensuring consistent feeding at high rates of fire. Fully compatible with the original ICS lower and ICS split gearbox designs.

What the kit includes
- Rear clip adapted for the compact MPX/CXP design.
- Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass).
- Side clip optimized for routing the HPA line in narrow receiver bodies.
- Front locking top cap specifically designed for the ICS-MY09 chamber.
- Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).
Installation and adjustment
1. Printing and preparation
- Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
- Lightly sand internal surfaces to ensure a perfect fit inside the compact MPX/CXP chassis.
- Apply dry lubricant on contact surfaces if frequent maintenance is expected.
2. Installation in the replica
- Insert the base into the original ICS lower and install the M3 inserts.
- Mount the rear clip using the MPX/CXP rear body pin.
- Install the ICS-MY09 chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything centered.
- Route the PolarStar JACK HPA line through the side clip, taking advantage of the limited internal space of the body.
3. Final fixation
- Secure the rear plate with an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity in compact builds.
- Verify that the JACK nozzle feeds cleanly into the MY09 chamber without lateral friction.
- Set the JACK pressure (recommended 80–120 PSI for MPX builds) and test feeding consistency.

Lower receiver recommendations
Fully compatible with the original ICS metal lower, which is the best option for MPX/CXP platforms due to its rigidity.
