Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for ICS MPX/CXP HPA replicas using:

  • PolarStar F1 engine (compact drop-in HPA engine with an efficient pneumatic system).
  • ICS MY-09 chamber (original ICS hop-up chamber optimized for compact platforms).

This kit ensures precise alignment between the F1 nozzle and the MY-09 chamber, eliminating lateral play and improving feeding consistency in HPA configurations for MPX/CXP platforms. Fully compatible with the original ICS lower receiver and ICS split gearboxes.

What the kit includes

  • Rear clip for mounting via rear body pin or fixed stock.
  • Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass).
  • Side clip for routing the HPA tube/line.
  • Front locking top cap specifically designed for the ICS MY-09 chamber.
  • Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

  • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
  • Lightly sand internal areas to ensure a perfect fit with the ICS lower receiver.
  • Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces.

2. Installation in the replica

  • Insert the base directly into the original ICS lower and install the M3 inserts.
  • Mount the rear clip aligned with the MPX/CXP rear body pin.
  • Install the ICS MY-09 chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything centered.
  • Route the PolarStar F1 HPA line through the side clip for a clean internal layout.

3. Final fixation

  • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
  • Verify that the F1 nozzle enters the MY-09 chamber perfectly centered without lateral play.
  • Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the F1 pressure as needed (45–120 PSI recommended for MPX builds).

  • 4× M3 × 4.2 mm threaded inserts
  • 4× M3 × 8 SHCS screws

Lower receiver recommendations

Fully compatible with the original ICS lower receiver used in MPX/CXP platforms.
