Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, specifically designed for M4 AEG HPA replicas using:

  • Gate Pulsar-S engine (compact HPA engine with integrated electronic control).
  • VegaForce (VFC) chamber (high-precision CNC hop-up chamber).

This system ensures perfect centering between the nozzle and the chamber, preventing feeding variations and improving the overall efficiency of the pneumatic system. The configuration guarantees maximum feeding consistency and optimal pressure usage in high-performance HPA setups.

What the kit includes

  • Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
  • Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass).
  • Side clip for guiding the HPA tube/line.
  • Front locking top cap for the chamber.
  • Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

  1. Printing and preparation

    • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
    • Perform light sanding on internal and contact areas to achieve a clean fit.
    • If desired, apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to make maintenance easier.
  2. Installation in the replica

    • Insert the base into the lower and secure the M3 inserts in their designated housings.
    • Install the rear clip and align it with the rear pin or the stock anchor point.
    • Install the VegaForce chamber and inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly in the correct position.
    • Route the HPA line through the side clip to avoid friction or excessive bends.
  3. Final fixation

    • Use an M5 screw with washer on the rear plate to maximize system rigidity.
    • Verify that the Gate Pulsar-S nozzle enters centered into the VegaForce chamber without lateral play.
    • Perform dry feeding tests and adjust the hop-up according to your needs.

It is recommended to use the ICS metal lower receiver for maximum rigidity.
If you prefer not to buy one, there are several printable versions:
