Version v2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed for AEG V2.1 replicas equipped with the Redline Milsim N7 Gen2 HPA engine and the Silent Industries Alpha 2026 hop-up chamber.

This kit ensures precise alignment between the N7 Gen2 nozzle and the Alpha 2026 hop-up chamber, improving feeding consistency, air seal, and overall assembly stability in demanding HPA configurations.

What's Included

  • Rear retaining clip for installation using the rear body pin or a fixed stock.
  • Main base with mounting points for M3 threaded inserts.
  • Side clip for routing the HPA airline.
  • Front locking top cap.
  • Rear mounting plate with an M5 screw attachment point.

Installation and Setup

  1. Print all parts using the recommended settings.
  2. Lightly sand the contact surfaces for an optimal fit.
  3. Install the main base into the lower receiver.
  4. Install the M3 threaded inserts.
  5. Fit the rear retaining clip and secure the alignment.
  6. Install the Silent Industries Alpha 2026 hop-up chamber together with the inner barrel.
  7. Route the HPA airline through the side clip.
  8. Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer.
  9. Adjust the engine pressure and verify proper feeding operation.

Required Components

  • 4× M3 threaded inserts (4.2 mm).
  • 4× M3 × 8 mm SHCS screws.

Lower Receiver Recommendation

For maximum rigidity and durability, the ICS metal lower receiver is recommended.

If you prefer a 3D-printed solution, a universal lower receiver compatible with the AEG V2.1 configuration can also be used.

3D Printing Settings

  • Layer height: 0.10 mm or 0.15 mm.
  • Recommended infill: 55% to 90%.
  • Recommended material: PLA+.
  • Estimated print time depends on printer configuration and infill percentage.
