Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:
- GATE Pulsar-S engine (compact HPA engine with integrated electronics and precise trigger control).
- BEGADI Neptune PRO chamber (high-precision CNC hop-up chamber with lateral adjustment system optimized for HPA).
This kit guarantees perfect alignment between the Pulsar-S nozzle and the Neptune PRO chamber in the SCAR-L platform, eliminating common HPA misalignment issues and improving feeding consistency. Fully compatible with ICS lowers and adapted V2 gearboxes.

What the kit includes
- Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
- Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts for increased durability).
- Side clip for routing the Pulsar-S HPA line.
- Front locking top cap optimized for the Neptune PRO chamber.
- Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional structural reinforcement).
Installation and adjustment
1. Printing and preparation
- Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
- Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces to ensure a smooth and precise fit.
- Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to simplify maintenance.
2. Installation in the SCAR-L replica
- Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver and install the M3 threaded inserts.
- Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin.
- Install the Neptune PRO chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything perfectly centered.
- Route the GATE Pulsar-S HPA line through the side clip, preventing friction with the SCAR chassis.
3. Final fixation
- Secure the rear plate with an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity.
- Verify that the Pulsar-S nozzle enters the Neptune PRO chamber perfectly centered, without lateral play.
- Configure the Pulsar-S firing modes and perform dry feeding tests.

Lower receiver recommendations
Compatible with the original ICS metal lower receiver, recommended for maximum rigidity in SCAR-L HPA builds.
