Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

• GATE Pulsar-H engine (compact HPA engine with integrated electronic control and high performance).
• MAXX MODEL chamber (high-precision hop-up chamber optimized for HPA systems).

This kit ensures perfect centering of the Pulsar-H nozzle relative to the MAXX MODEL chamber within the SCAR-L geometry, eliminating lateral alignment issues and improving feeding consistency in high-pressure HPA configurations. Compatible with ICS lowers and adapted V2 gearboxes.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts for durability).
• Side clip adapted for routing the HPA tube/line within the SCAR-L geometry.
• Front locking top cap specifically designed for the MAXX MODEL chamber in SCAR-L platforms.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal and contact surfaces for a precise fit.
• Apply dry lubricant or wax on sliding surfaces to facilitate assembly and maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver and install the M3 threaded inserts.
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin.
• Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while respecting the SCAR-L geometry.
• Route the Pulsar-H HPA line through the side clip adapted to the SCAR-L internal layout.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the Pulsar-H nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber centered, without lateral play.
• Perform feeding tests and adjust Pulsar-H pressure according to your BB weight and setup.
