Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for SCAR-L HPA replicas using:

This kit guarantees perfect alignment between the Phoenix nozzle and the MAXX MODEL chamber on the SCAR-L platform, maintaining full compatibility with the ICS lower receiver and eliminating inconsistent feeding issues commonly found in HPA SCAR builds.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts).
• Side clip specifically designed for routing the HPA tube/line in SCAR-L builds.
• Front locking top cap optimized for the MAXX MODEL chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas to ensure a clean fit within SCAR-L dimensions.
• Apply dry lubricant or wax on contact surfaces to simplify maintenance.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the ICS lower receiver (or compatible lower) and install the M3 threaded inserts.
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear body pin system.
• Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and maintains precise alignment.
• Route the Phoenix HPA line through the side clip designed for SCAR geometry.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the Phoenix nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber perfectly centered, without lateral play.
• Perform feeding tests and adjust Phoenix pressure according to your setup.
