Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for ICS MPX/CXP HPA replicas using:

• Blackdraft Phoenix engine (compact high-performance HPA engine with an excellent price-to-performance ratio).
• MAXX MODEL chamber (precision hop-up chamber optimized for HPA systems with excellent bucking support and consistency).

This kit ensures a solid and precise alignment between the Phoenix nozzle and the MAXX MODEL chamber, maximizing feeding consistency in compact ICS MPX/CXP platforms. Fully compatible with the original ICS lower receiver and ICS split gearbox systems.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip adapted for the compact MPX/CXP platform design.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts).
• Side clip for routing the HPA tube/line in compact configurations.
• Front locking top cap specifically designed for the MAXX MODEL chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas to ensure a clean fit inside the compact MPX/CXP receiver.
• Apply dry lubricant to contact surfaces if needed.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the original ICS lower receiver (or a compatible printed lower).
• Install the M3 inserts and mount the rear clip using the ICS split system rear pin.
• Install the MAXX MODEL chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps the barrel perfectly centered.
• Route the Blackdraft Phoenix HPA line through the side clip designed for the compact internal layout.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
• Verify that the Phoenix nozzle enters the MAXX MODEL chamber perfectly centered.
• Test feeding using the original ICS lower; the kit respects OEM internal dimensions.
