Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for ICS MPX/CXP HPA replicas using:

• Blackdraft Phoenix engine (compact high-performance HPA engine, ideal for compact SMG platforms).
• BULLGEAR chamber (reinforced hop-up chamber designed for HPA with excellent bucking support and precise adjustment).

This kit ensures perfect alignment between the Phoenix nozzle and the BULLGEAR chamber, optimized for the compact internal geometry of ICS MPX/CXP platforms. Fully compatible with the original ICS lower receiver, maintaining the structural integrity of the ICS split gearbox system.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting using the rear body pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass inserts).
• Side clip for routing the HPA tube/line, adapted to the compact MPX/CXP dimensions.
• Front locking top cap specifically designed for the BULLGEAR chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional structural reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

• Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
• Lightly sand internal areas to ensure a clean fit within the compact MPX/CXP receiver.
• Apply dry lubricant to sliding surfaces.

2. Installation in the replica

• Insert the base into the original ICS lower receiver (no structural modifications required).
• Mount the rear clip aligned with the ICS split system rear pin.
• Install the BULLGEAR chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps everything centered.
• Route the Blackdraft Phoenix HPA line through the side clip designed for compact MPX/CXP routing.

3. Final fixation

• Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity in the split structure.
• Verify that the Phoenix nozzle enters the BULLGEAR chamber perfectly centered without lateral play.
• Perform feeding tests considering the high ROF typical of SMG HPA builds.
