Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, specifically designed for SCAR-L AEG HPA replicas using:

• Blackdraft Phoenix engine (compact high-performance HPA engine with an accessible price).
• BEGADI NEPTUNE PRO chamber (premium hop-up chamber with micrometric adjustment and excellent bucking support for HPA).

This kit ensures precise alignment between the Phoenix nozzle and the Neptune PRO chamber, eliminating lateral play and ensuring consistent feeding on the SCAR-L platform. Compatible with ICS lowers and adapted V2 gearboxes.

What the kit includes

• Rear clip for mounting via rear pin or fixed stock.
• Base with housing for M3 inserts (optional brass recommended).
• Side clip specifically designed for routing the HPA tube/line in SCAR-L platforms.
• Front locking top cap optimized for the Neptune PRO chamber.
• Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).

Installation and adjustment

1. Printing and preparation

   • Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
   • Lightly sand internal areas and contact surfaces for a smooth fit.
   • Apply dry lubricant or wax on moving areas if you want to make maintenance easier.

2. Installation in the SCAR-L replica

   • Insert the base into the ICS lower and secure the M3 inserts.
   • Install the rear clip aligned with the SCAR-L rear pin.
   • Install the BEGADI NEPTUNE PRO chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly while keeping everything centered.
   • Route the Phoenix HPA line through the side clip adapted to the SCAR-L geometry.

3. Final fixation

   • Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw and washer for maximum rigidity on the SCAR platform.
   • Verify that the Blackdraft nozzle enters perfectly centered into the Neptune chamber without lateral play.
   • Perform feeding tests and adjust the Neptune PRO micrometric hop-up.

• 4× M3 × 8 SHCS screws

Lower receiver recommendations

It is recommended to use the ICS metal lower receiver specific for SCAR-L, which provides maximum rigidity for this platform.
If you prefer to print a universal lower part, the following Gearbox V2 Lower “Universal Lower Part” models are compatible:
