Version 2.1 of the hop-up alignment system, designed specifically for ICS MPX/CXP HPA replicas using:
- Blackdraft Phoenix engine (compact and affordable HPA engine with an excellent price-to-performance ratio).
- ALPHA chamber by Silent Industries (high-precision CNC hop-up chamber optimized for HPA with TDC adjustment and lip tensioner system).
This kit ensures a solid alignment between the Phoenix nozzle and the ALPHA chamber, optimized for the compact format of ICS MPX/CXP platforms. Fully compatible with the original ICS lower receiver and designed to fit within the limited internal space of SMG platforms.

What the kit includes
- Rear clip adapted for the compact ICS MPX/CXP format.
- Base with housing for M3 threaded inserts (optional brass).
- Side clip for routing the HPA tube/line.
- Front locking top cap specifically designed for the ALPHA chamber.
- Rear plate with mounting point for an M5 screw (additional reinforcement).
Installation and adjustment
1. Printing and preparation
- Print the parts with 65–80% infill.
- Lightly sand internal surfaces to ensure a perfect fit within the tight MPX/CXP receiver space.
- Apply dry lubricant on contact surfaces if frequent maintenance is expected.
2. Installation in the replica
- Insert the base into the original ICS lower receiver (or compatible printed lower).
- Mount the rear clip using the ICS MPX/CXP rear body pin.
- Install the ALPHA chamber with the inner barrel; the top cap locks the assembly and keeps everything centered.
- Route the Blackdraft Phoenix HPA line through the side clip designed for the compact MPX/CXP layout.
3. Final fixation
- Secure the rear plate using an M5 screw with washer for maximum rigidity.
- Verify that the Phoenix nozzle enters the ALPHA chamber perfectly centered without lateral play.
- Perform dry feeding tests, considering the limited internal space of the MPX/CXP platform.
