Lower Universal Gearbox V4.2

Version 4 of the Universal Lower for V2 Gearbox, updated with all improvements suggested by the community after the success of version 3.

This universal lower has been completely redesigned to provide greater stability and strength, with extended compatibility across multiple replica platforms and electronic control systems (FCU). Designed for 3D printing without supports, enabling a clean and professional finish.

• No supports required when printing: clean and fast production

Note: You may need to slightly enlarge the trigger hole and safety lever hole, as different manufacturers use varying thicknesses.

FCU compatibility

• ✅ Wolverine (all models)
• ✅ Gate Titan 2 (with dedicated supports included in Rev. 5)

Recommended hardware (not included)

• 6× short M3 screws: for general lower assembly
• 3× long M3 screws: one at the rear and two for the grip
• 4–8× M3 nuts: optional, to reinforce grip mounting

Screws thread directly into the printed body, providing sufficient rigidity without the need for metal inserts.

3D printing parameters

• Estimated print time: ~3–4 h (depending on printer and model)
• Recommended material: PLA+
• Layer height: 0.15 mm – 0.20 mm
• Recommended infill: 75–100% (for maximum strength)
• Supports: NOT required (optimized for support-free printing)
